Mechanical Crack Routing: Rather than floating joint compound over dynamic cracks, we mechanically rout fractures to open the bedrock substrate. We then inject high-solids elastomeric sealants that maintain elasticity up to 300% elongation, accommodating ongoing house settling.

Substrate De-Glossing & PH Balancing: Alkali burn and hot stucco are chemically neutralized. Surfaces are completely feather-sanded and treated to ensure a perfectly profile-etched surface for permanent coating adhesion.

Our interior millwork and kitchen cabinet refinishing processes rival factory-level production lines. We do not paint cabinets; we completely restore and lacquer them. The process requires isolating the environment, micro-sanding factory clear-coats down to bare wood or sound substrate, applying sandable polyurethane primers to seal wood tannins, and spraying specialized architectural cross-linking resins like Benjamin Moore Scuff-X. This results in an impermeable, chemical-resistant barrier that withstands high-impact usage and oil saturation without chipping or yellowing.
